Busola Aina is an educationist with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades .
A graduate of Lagos State University with a BA.ED in Christian Religious Education and holds a Diploma in Montessori Education. She is also registered with Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and is a certified First Aider.
She has worked in various schools over the years including Estaport Nursery and Primary School, Grace Schools, Gbagada and The Foreshore schools at Ikoyi where she worked for 10 years. She served in different capacities over the years as preschool coordinator, middle leader and head teacher before establishing Lavender Preparatory School.
Her quest for knowledge has led to her attending trainings and workshops on Child Development, School Management and Leadership both locally and internationally. She is a dynamic and creative educationist with proven leadership and management skills and an innate ability to collaborate and multi-task. She is also highly self-motivated and often trains and mentors upcoming teachers.
Her passion for teaching and learning outcomes in her pupils has translated to developing a learning resource to help improve children’s reading skills from ages 4-6 years. She has authored 9 books of short stories with colorful pictures to make learning and understanding phonic sounds interesting and fun while reading.
